All laser eye surgery clinics should offer you aftercare included in the price of the procedure. What they offer in this package depends entirely on the clinic you have used, some offer enhancement surgery included with lifetime aftercare, whereas others only offer 2 years without enhancements. They should all offer follow up consultations with the ophthalmologist who did your operation when you need them. Alongside these consultations you should also have emergency care should anything go wrong. It is a good idea to find out what is included in the aftercare before you decide which clinic to use.
Following your operation if you have any problems or concerns, you should contact the clinic where you had your operation to make an appointment with your doctor. They will be able to help you with any concerns you may have. Should you still be dissatisfied after you have spoken to your doctor you can contact the manager of the clinic directly to speak to them.
