How Difficult is a Vasectomy Reversal?
A vasectomy reversal is a relatively straightforward procedure, but isn’t necessarily easy to complete successfully. Your surgeon will use microsurgery to carefully stitch the two ends of the vas deferns tubes back together, or to insert one end of the tube directly into the testes, thus enabling the sperm to travel completely through the tube and leave the penis. The procedure doesn’t take very long, and in theory ought to work well, but depending on the amount of scar tissue, amongst other factors, is not always successful.
