Dentures are very fragile, and can break easily so avoid dropping them. Always handle them delicately as they are expensive to replace. When you are cleaning your dentures make sure you do it either over a sink or bowl of water or over a folded up cloth or towel. This way if you do drop them they are less likely to break. If, for whatever reason, you take them out for any period of time but don’t put them in water, make sure you don’t wrap them up in anything that you may accidentally throw-away, it is advisable to keep a small case in which you can store them. Always keep your dentures out of the reach of children or animals.
