Sleep Diary
Sleep Diary is a method of monitoring your sleeping patterns should you feel like you are suffering from a sleeping disorder. It is a good way to write down and assess what it is that may be affecting your sleeping pattern, how frequently you are experiencing disturbed nights, for how long you are experiencing sleeplessness, how it affects your daily routines and concentration.
If you set out the diary with a number of different questions and answer these each day, then you will be able to easily compare and analyse your sleeping pattern. Equally, by having this monitoring of your sleep, if you do need to seek medical advice then your doctor/sleep centre therapist, will be able to see the differences and disruptions in your sleeping patterns and this may lead to a quicker diagnosis.
