Scarring around the area of incision is unavoidable, and your surgeon will attempt to camouflage it as carefully as possible amongst pre-existing furrows and wrinkles. Scarring is more noticeable after surgeries on the forehead such as the mid-forehead, hairline or direct brow lift variants, such operations as endoscopic and transblepharoplasty because dealing in smaller incisions (and in already hidden areas) tend to leave less visible scarring.
