If you are pregnant then you will not be able to have a labiaplasty until after your baby has been born. Having a child after the surgery can cause problems such as increased pain due to tightened scar tissue and possibly rupturing of the wounds. Usually you will be required to wait for a year after giving birth until you have a labiaplasty to allow the area to heal from this trauma before having surgery.
