You should be able to see a difference in the appearance of your lips immediately after you have had the treatment. However, this won’t be the full result as sometimes the area can swell and bruise so the full effects of the treatment will become apparent approximately one week after the treatment.

You should notice that your lips have a fuller more rounded appearance as the treatment is designed to create more volume. If you wanted to enhance the size of one of the lips, you should see that the lips are more symmetrical and the treated lip has a more enhanced appearance. If you wanted the treatment to correct the droopiness of the edges, you should see that the injection has caused this area to be more enhanced and thus has less of a tired look. Also, any wrinkle lines around the edges of the mouth should have disappeared if you had treatment in this area.
