Velashape Procedure

The procedure for Velashape is a two-step program and is done easily within one afternoon. It is not unknown for people to go in during their lunch break, though this is only if they are lucky enough to be able to spare the time. If you cannot, then it is likely that you will need to have the afternoon off work. Along with this, you will also need to have more than one session; on average you will have about four before you gain the full benefits of the procedure. The average amount people have is around six.
- The first step is to clean the area that the elos energy will be working on. This is done to get rid of any dirt that might impede the flow of the energy.
- Once this is done, the procedure can begin. Depending on the treatment you are having, the practitioner will either use a small hand piece or a large hand piece (this relates to the equipment that they will be using). Once this is done, they will then roll the machine over the area that you want effected, adjusting the power depending on the effect it has, and makes you feel. It is important that you feel comfortable during the treatment. Other than the elos energy that will be fired into your body, the machine also includes rollers and a vacuum. Their job is to pull at the skin; causing slight stretching which allows the skin to become smoother (the difference should be almost immediate). As the machine passes over your skin it sprays a cooling liquid onto the parts that it has covered.
What happens at the end of the operation
The operation is very quick compared to the other, surgical, alternatives. To this end, therefore, it is in many ways a better solution if you are unwilling to go under the knife as, as is shown above, the procedure is incredibly simple and you can go home the same day (something you will be unlikely to be able to do if you have surgery).
