Dosages of Cialis

The recommended dosage for Cialis does change from man to man due to medical histories and their current health statuses. The best and the safest way to know which dosage of Cialis is best for your health is by visiting your GP and letting them assess the erectile problems that you have and by discussing with you the best way to treat your condition.

The most common dosage for the average man when they first start to use Cialis is 10mg, one hour before the start of sexual activity. This dosage is then monitored and then evaluated by measuring the success rates which you have had and then your permanent dosage is decided. The permanent dosage is also decided by looking at what side effects you have had and how serious they have been.

Once you have adjusted to Cialis it is also possible to take the drug once every 24 hours and the recommended starter dosage for this is 2.5mg per day once a day. This tablet should be taken at the same time every day as if you take it to early this could potentially cause some side effects as the drug should never be taken more than once in a day. If this 2.5mg dosage of Cialis works for you with a good satisfaction rate and only suffering from mild side effects then your GP may advise you to increase this dosage to 5mg. This 5mg dosage should be taken in the same way as before.

The maximum dose of Cialis is 20mg and this is used when you only take the drug if and when it is needed and it is not advised to use every day. If you have any other underlying health concerns then you will in most cases be started on the lowest amount of Cialis and this dosage could potentially increase slowly depending on how well it suits your body.
